My name is Jordan and I am the owner and operator of BALTCO Property Grounds & Hauling! BALTCO was founded when I decided to turn my passion into a career.  As a homeowner and father I understand what it means to take pride in your home.  I also understand that it can be alot of work and not everybody has the time or energy to keep up with the needs of your home or property. What services does BALTCO Property Grounds & Hauling LLC offer?

We provide a wide range of services including exterior construction, think fencing decks and patios.  We provide some interior work such as drywall, flooring, painting, and more. lawn care, leaf removal, gutter cleaning, planting, branch removal, hedge trimming, landscaping, junk removal, demolition, small apartment moves, and furniture pickup. Whatever your property maintenance needs, we've got you covered!

Quotes and Pricing

When providing a quote we will do our best to provide a quote over the phone or email.  If this can not be done we will come out to the location of the job and provide a quote.   With Hauling and Junk removal however pricing is pretty straight forward.  The minimum price for junk removal is $85.00 plus tax.  A full load is a full truck bed and full trailer about 4 yards, is typically $400.00 plus tax.    Prices will vary however depending on the weight of the load and items, and if there is anything that needs to be broken down.  Please reach out and we will provide a fair and honest quote!

Where and When are Services offered.

We offer services throughout the year to keep your property looking its best in every season. From spring clean-ups to winter preparations, we’re here to help you maintain your property all year long!  For construction that is also year round as well. Our goal is to the number one construction & landscaping company in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.  That would include Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, Caroll County and Anne Arundle County.   We will be willing to travel throughout the state!

At BALTCO we try to be as accomodating as possible when it comes to methonds of payment. Forms of payment that we accept are cash, credit, debit, check, Venmo and PayPal. Please reach out if there are any question.
